Design with FEA
We take advantage of a number of highly advanced tools for design. One of the most useful is a process called Finite Element Analysis, or FEA. FEA can be used to optimize drive units and enclosures.
We use FEA to help design a magnet structure. Not only depend on experiences. After assigning detailed sets of material properties to each of its components, the entire structure is broken down into a mesh of connected points, or elements.Through assigning variable parameters and objectives,we can optimize the structure and dimension. As a result,we can minimize the motor system weight and cost.

Transmission Line Loudspeaker
The driver is mounted in a type of acoustical labyrinth or long pipe commonly referred to as a transmission line. The length of the transmission line corresponds to the 1/4 wavelength of the resonant frequency of the driver.
It brings better transient response and dynamic presentation.
The t-line is always filled with various types or density of stuffing material in proper place which help reduce the speed of sound through the t-line allowing shorter line lengths while still achieving  the proper tuning.  It is directly related with the performance of loudspeaker.(So we suggest that user don't move or replace the filling stuff at will)

TLS pipe resonance occur 1/4 pipe length, but the resonance also exist 3/4,5/4...If these resonance can't be elimated, there may cause coloration in midrange. If it is not designed properly, these resonance exist, especially in compact transmission line loudspeaker, the range between 500~1kHZ.We design the proper constructure and arrange damping stuff carefully, cut off the resonance ,minimize the coloration, and that brings pure bass.

Impedance
Impedance is the measure of the resistance of the loudspeaker at different frequencies and should ideally be the same at all frequencies.
Smooth, even impedance means better working conditions for the amplifier, resulting in higher resolution. The job of the amplifier and loudspeaker is to reproduce the signal exactly as it is, adding nothing and removing nothing.
If the impedance of a loudspeaker changes at different frequencies, the amplifier encounters constantly varying resistance, making it much harder to follow the signal/music.
Linear impedance - a stable load for the amplifier - is a high priority and is achieved by fine-tuning every aspect of the speaker design.

Pair Matching

All the component parts of our products are methodically matched across the frequency band to well within 1.0 dB before assembly, ensuring a perfectly stable stereo image at all frequencies. The finish is also matched.

Speaker Cable Design
Speaker cable is made of individual strands of copper that are twisted together to result in the cable's thickness, or gauge.Generally speaking, thicker cable will result in less signal loss over a given length.Whether a conductor is solid or stranded, skin-effect is a prime distortion mechanism in speaker cables.the more individual strands used, the greater the available surface area, and thus less signal loss.NAC keeps this effect out of the audio range by using conductor sizes that are below the threshold for audible distortion.
